International Shipping

    All jewellery will be sent via NZ Post on trackable courier only as it is prohibited to send on an economy service. Shipping is calculated at checkout for Australia. All other countries please contact us with your delivery address to obtain a price. 

    Julia Banks Jewellery is not liable for any local taxes and duties should they occur on your parcel and they are not included in the sale price. Your shipping cost does not provide additional insurance.

    Payment

    Payment is accepted by credit card, Paypal or bank deposit.

    Traditional Layby is also offered with Terms & Conditions viewable when selected at checkout.

    Custom pieces and sizes require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 50% and cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind.
